Our latest update to the NPMS app has just been released to the app stores! See the app store links in the page footer below this article.

The NPMS app is designed for in-field data entry where surveyors have already been allocated a square and have set up their plots. Logging into the app allows existing plots to be retrieved from your NPMS website account and used for in-field data entry! New features in the latest update include:

Options to upload multiple photos in support of species records, including prompts where this is considered particularly important for verification
Training mode, enabling one to test data entry without submitting real data
Tweeting and other social media sharing options for plot photos and summarised species lists -- show off your plot once you've recorded it!
Links to your PDF square map for handy reference (requires internet connection)
Handy resources page recommending other field apps
